The credits cost of an operation will always be visible before you start the generation. Image generations generally cost less than video generations. Credits are granted monthly based on your subscription tier. Yapper makes it easy to upgrade to higher tiers that grant more monthly credits with prorated pricing. When you upgrade, you will be granted the difference in credits between your new and old tiers immediately. You can also top up your credits by purchasing the one-time credit bundles from the pricing page at any time.

Monthly subscriptions provide you with a fixed number of credits that reset at the start of each billing cycle. For example, if your subscription includes 3,000 credits per month, your account will granted up to 3,000 credits each month. Monthly credits will accumulate from month to month to a maximum total if they are not used, which is usually around 2x the monthly credits your plan grants monthly (plus any remaining one time credits). Your subscription tier also determines your usage permissions and access to advanced features. Your subscription remains active until you cancel it, and you can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time by visiting the Account page.

We are happy to offer a refund if you were not able to generate videos on the website. If you're having trouble, please visit support and we will help you out. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds as costs incurred for generating AI videos are extremely high. In turn, our upstream providers do not let us ask for refunds for the GPU processing time used to create your personalized AI videos. This would make it a loss making endeavor for us. During sign up you agree to withhold your right to refund for this reason. You can cancel any time though and your subscription ends.
